After Dark

Good stories. Bad decisions. Gather your friends and let the cards do the damage.

Your friends write the punchlines

An online party game for adults with terrible ideas.

Libs After Dark turns a hand of absurd answer cards into a story your group writes together. Vote for a tale, choose cards for your prompts, and discover what everyone contributed as the host reveals the story aloud.

Play free in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. No account or download required. Get together in person or bring your friends into a voice call for a remote game night.

One room. A whole lot of bad decisions.

  1. Create a room. Enter your name, create a game, and share the four-letter code with your friends.
  2. Play your cards. Vote on a story and choose the answers that make your prompts funniest.
  3. Read the disaster. The host reveals the completed tale, with every contribution credited to its player.
